I met Pat at a home that he had listed that I was interested in viewing.
I was getting frustrated with a Realtor I was using in search of a home. 
 

I had worked with a prior Realtor in my search who was not giving me the 
attention that I wanted, mostly I was all over the map as I had a wide area I 
was looking in.  Pat in my opinion did a top notch job in doing the research 
prior to alot of our searches; main road, business districts, etc..  Pat took me 
all over the map with no hesitation and focused on exactly what I was looking 
for, even pointing out the negatives as well as the positives of the home.  
   

Pat was with me before, during, and after the sale of my home, he did a 
fantastic job in finding me what I was looking for, even suggesting homes that I 
over-saw or were not interested in from his daily list.  I was certainly 
apprecitiave of Pat taking care of a last minute issue left out of the addendum of

which the Seller neglected to take care of, during the final walk through.
I would certainly recommend Pat in the future to friends and family who may be 
searching for a home.
